We at Orkay Transmissions constantly keep a keen eye on the innovation and the
upgradation and thus formed an integral part of organisation growth and
the modernisation. Rigid quality assurance system implemented at each stage
of manufacturing process, covers quality planning, process control and
product testing. The objective is to offer quality confirming to international
standards.
We have inducted a wide spectrum of sophisticated quality control equipments
of both digital and analog versions like Bore Gauges Micrometers, Height
Gauges, Vernier, Profile Tester, Lead and Role Tester of MITUTOYO, FETE,
KLINGENBERG. Facility to check chemical composition and crack detection
ultrasonically of EEC is also provided.
We have modern machine shop equipped with adequate manufacturing facilities.
We continuously upgrade our production process from time to time with latest
technological marvels. The manufactured line consists of imported world
renowned names like WMW, TOS PFAUTER, LAWRENCE etc which are installed
in dedicated sections broadly categorized as Turning Section, Lathes,
Shapers Cylindrical Grinding, Bore Grinding, Horizontal Boring, Gear Hobbing
Section. Each section is reinforced with a team of highly motivated,
